How It Works

The Consultation
We take the guesswork out of planning for your portraits by going over wardrobe selection, choosing a location, and discussing your goals. These sessions are about you and your family, and we are here to guide you through the process to ensure you are over-the-moon with your experience and final images. This time also allows us to go over pricing and answer any questions you may have about the entire process. As an added bonus, you will have the opportunity to see and touch the products available to you for displaying and keeping your family's most precious moments.

The Photo Session
It is time for your photo session! When you book with us, you can rest assured that you can show up, have fun, relax, and create beautiful images together. We will gently guide you through the session to bring out your absolute best.

The Ordering Session
This is the moment you have been waiting for! Approximately two weeks after your photo session we will sit down together and select your favorite images. We will help you choose the best way to keep your images from a handcrafted photo album, to heirloom wall art, or a portfolio box of prints. We will use photos of your actual walls in our selection software to show you what size and materials will look best in your home!

Delivery
Approximately 6-8 weeks after your ordering appointment, your wall art will be hand delivered to your doorstep! All wall art products come with a lifetime guarantee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why print products?
In our fast-paced, rapidly changing world, children and families need happy reminders of how important they are. It is proven that families who display photos of their children create higher self-esteem in their kids and a better sense of belonging. Additionally, since technology is constantly evolving, without print products we could end up with no record of our children's childhood or our images trapped on some outdated device we can't access (floppy disks, anyone?). We won't let your images be lost, but instead, preserved in products crafted to last for generations.
What if it rains or someone is sick?
We know how important these portraits are and want you to have the absolute best results! For this reason, we offer a flexible reschedule policy.
What should I plant to invest?
Portrait sessions begin with a $190 creation fee. This fee covers the photographer's time and talent and does not include any products or images. The amount you choose to spend on products will vary widely based on your preferences. Most families spend $1500-3500 at the ordering session, with some spending upwards of $6500.

Are digital files included?
All products are separate from the creation fee. Printable digital files are not for sale, however low-resolution, social media sized digital files are included as a gift with every print purchased.
